Besides creating and maintaining excellent service and quality of product, some businesses choose to reward loyalty. The first priority at TIVER will be to create an amazing resort with excellent quality accommodation, food and beverage, and services. Additionaly, however, we create a community concept where people who love our place become members of our community after a few visits or by paying for a few visits up front – this entitles us to benefits beyond the average guest, and encourages us to come a few times or contribute in advance to become a part of the community. If we are really enthusiastic about our place and come often we become a more engaged community member and get greater benefits.
The first and second time we come, we are ‘adventurers’ or ‘travelers.’ At this stage, we are basic ‘guests’ of the island. Just like most of our guests now. If we love the place and wish to keep coming back, we are invited to apply to become a community member – an ‘evoluzionare’ – or ‘citizen.’ If we keep coming back, bringing guests, contributing ideas, and being a solid member of the community, we are invited to apply to become a ‘Luminare’ – ‘enlightened one,’ ‘ambassador.’ Finally, if we are an outstanding ‘Luminare’ / Ambassador and we love yoga, perhaps even teach yoga on the island some times, we bring new eco-technologies, we invite leading-edge companies to come and have retreats at the island, etc ~ we are invited to take over leadership & management of the island with a full-time paid position and incentives :~)
